I needed a fan for my loft that would help circulate the air for efficiency in heating and cooling. But, I don't really like the look of most ceiling fans and didn't need to have lights in it. So, I ordered this with reservations because it is so expensive. However, it really looks nice, is well balanced so it doesn't wobble one bit, and it is absolutely silent when it's on. My electrician said it's very good quality, was straight forward to install, and has a good motor. There is a remote control I can use to regulate speed and direction, which comes with a holder that can be installed on the wall next to the switch so it is less likely to get lost. Set up was fine . Please note that you can just plug into an electrical outlet . You do not need to “hard wire it” as the description says. It is easy. However, the unit has a defect! The fake copper lip that the water falls from is NOT LEVEL ! Therefore the waterfall will never be like the picture in a nice V fall. MADE IN THE USA The sleek and stylish bathtub is both functional and elegant. The freestanding soaker combines luxury with practicality enhancing the decor in any bathroom. It offers a modern sculptural form, that can be positioned anywhere in the room.

This tub is amazing! I looked at tons of freestanding tubs, compared brands, materials used (this one is like stone not cheap acrylic), and prices (Wayfair has the best price for this tub than anyone else). I liked that I could actually get in touch with the manufacturer (Clarke) and I even spoke to Don Clarke who answered so many of my questions. I was concerned after reading reviews, about the center drain popping up and asked if this happens. I was told "no" but "yes" it does pop up if you bump it. However, the tub is so roomy that doesn't happen often. I also wanted at lower tub that I could step "in" easily and not step "over". This tub was perfect. It's extremely heavy and delivery guys dropped it when delivering and chipped the bottom. Wayfair gave me a credit for the chip. All in all, Clarke offered great customer service.
