I purchased 2 mirrors for a bathroom remodel. After opening 1 box for installation I noticed the bottom right beveled corner appeared damaged. I purchased the mirrors at the beginning of the remodel so I was outside of Wayfair’s refund window. However, I reached out to the manufacturer who provided excellent support, helped me resolve the issue and even offered partial compensation. Turns out the issue with the mirror was glue and not cracked glass. The manufacturer provided easy instructions on how to remove the glue, which worked perfectly. I used multiple panels to cover two walls in my home gym, and it completely changed the space. It now feels like a real gym instead of just a spare room. This mirror is extremely heavy! The distressedmercury glass type finish is gorgeous! The only slight surprise was that there is a little piece where each square meets and there is a piece of glass that kind of of looks like a flower.
