I really needed a pull-down faucet for my pantry sink. This one is almost identical to my more expensive Brizo kitchen faucet; however, the pressure on this one is way better than my Brizo. My plumber had a little bit of trouble tightening the neck part that goes into the base, but I emailed customer service, and they were so kind to send back a video on how to get it tight.
