Smaller than I wanted it will not hold the towels side by side. If your plug is behind the rack there is not enough room for the towels to hang and its a fight to get them on the rack. Also the rack does not heat as well the only area that heats is where the towel is laying across the bar not just touching it. I love this firebox! The pictures dont do it justice, but it is very realistic-looking. The heater is loud but definitely heats up my living room, kitchen, breakfast area and small hallway.
