Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. All good except for where the door has to swing out to open, which requires it to be above the track to clear for opening outward, this leaves a big gap from bottom of shower door down to the track and when showering, this allows the water that hits the track to splatter so bad that it wets the floor outside the shower terribly. It needs to come with either an attachable or something from the factory that attaches to the bottom of the door that is flexible plastic/rubber and does not allow the water to splatter out but still allows the door to open and close..
