I received the shower door in under 4 days and the install went smoothly except when it came to adjusting the gap between the door and wall. The adjustment tool was missing from the toolkit and chatted with Wayfair customer service to have that mailed to me. But after a week I had to call in my contractor to get that adjusted with their tools. Wayfair customer service called me to offer a nice credit to compensate for the missing piece. Installation was not easy; however, we are not professionals and decided to tackle it ourselves. Once it was done it a great shower. The item arrived quickly and in impeccable condition. Contains 2 packages one of the shower base and the other for the doors. The doors are extremely heavy! I am still waiting for the contractor to install, but I can already say it is a very well-made high-quality shower door that will add a touch of luxury to any bathroom.
