The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on. I purchased this to replace a pre-existing delta shower handle and my only complaint is that the handle in the off setting falls in between the hot and cold water symbols, as opposed to pointing towards 6 o’clock when the water is off. My plumbers told me that that is a Delta limitation as opposed to this faucet limitation So when you turn the water on, it goes all the way to approximately 11 o’clock in past the hot water symbol, which is approximately at 3 o’clock.
