I received the shower door in under 4 days and the install went smoothly except when it came to adjusting the gap between the door and wall. The adjustment tool was missing from the toolkit and chatted with Wayfair customer service to have that mailed to me. But after a week I had to call in my contractor to get that adjusted with their tools. Wayfair customer service called me to offer a nice credit to compensate for the missing piece. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material.
