This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The remote has a lot of useful functions including turn off and on the lights at night to reduce the brightness for light sleepers. A few things to know beforehand. Very nice looking wine refrigerator. Seems to be holding the set temperatures, but only time will tell how well it holds up overall. Keeping my fingers crossed that it lasts for many years to come. The reason for 4 stars is because when it was delivered they did not remove the packaging or the pallet it was on. I assumed since I paid to have it delivered to my room of choice that they would unpack it for me, but they did not. Luckily my husband and I, with the help of my brother-in-law, were able to get it off of the pallet and remove all of the packaging. If I lived alone, though, I would have had to hire someone to help me or try to bribe the delivery guys, I guess. Also I wish the shelves had a tiny bit more space between them, as it’s kind of a tight fit for some of the bottles.
