The lavatory legs are high-quality, but did not adjust to the height that was mentioned in their description. The description said that the legs would adjust to 32 3/4", but they would only properly adjust to the sink bottom being only a maximum of 30 1/2" from the floor. The sink that I used them on, was 31" from the floor, so the escutcheon needed to go farther than the chromed legs until it was only covering the top adapter. This piece works but it was unfortunate that the representative led me to purchasing the trim without informing me that this is the rough in that was needed. Not a big deal but the trim that this goes with was already $800 only to find out the rough in was over $1000. Wayfair needs to do a better job educating their sales representative that a specific rough in is required for the trim. You can't just buy a rough in off the shelf to match any trim.
