Exactly what I wanted. Excellent packaging. It was wrapped around a hard tube, wrapped in easily removable plastic, and the ends were packaged with cardboard. The color is purple with lavender and green. I have a gripper pad underneath. It’s easy to vacuum with the roller beaters on as well. It’s not soft if you walk barefoot but I wasn’t going for soft. The first large area rug I’ve purchased that didn’t need a long time to settle. Just the very end needs a few more days. The pictures were taken immediately after I put it down. This is the most beautiful stunning carpet that I have ever purchased. The colors of blue and black make the room look beautiful! There is one spot on the carpet that is a huge white spot. I thought it was a defect but it actually is part of the 'design' as shown in the photo. I personally didn't like it so I turned the rug so that the end with the spot is in an unseen spot. Other than that, the carpet arrived undamaged and rolled out without any ripples. The carpet is well made and plush. I had to tape down two corners for a few days to flatten the ends and then it laid down perfectly. NO ODORS whatsoever which is also a plus!! Do not hesitate to purchase this beauty!! Absolutely in love with my rug! I was a little worried about the white parts at first, but so far, everything is working out great.
