This arrived very quickly and was packaged very securely so it arrived in perfect condition. It's much heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing since you don't want this tipping over. There was no assembly, so from opening the box to getting it going was quick and easy. So far, it works as expected. The WiFi feature is another great addition because it allows us to control the temperature remotely from our phones, which is incredibly convenient. The energy efficiency is also noticeable, and we’re expecting savings on our utility bills compared to older systems.
