I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. So far, so good. I have the Wash Tower 2.4 with heatpump. Its quiet, clothes come out dry and time is good. I dont watch the clock but it doesnt seem longer than my full size LG washer downstairs. I vented the unit because several previously had stated venting helped dry faster. After speaking with manufacturer support I was able to have a better experience with this unit.
