I travel through South America for 7.5 months in 2025, and pretty much every Airbnb that I stayed in, had a bidet. This was a new concept to me as I never experienced using a bidet in the US. My only complaint is that the water level in the bowl seems very low compared to my old toilet. I’m going to see if a plumber can figure out how to raise it. This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. This toilet is VERY heavy! It definitely takes 2 adults to carry it. Extra tall really means extra tall, I checked the height when I ordered it and knew it was a good bit taller than the standard toilet but in person it’s very tall. I’m 5’9” and I’m on my toes when sitting. It looks very nice and the skirted bottom makes it so much easier to clean. The skirt makes it harder to install but not terribly.
