One time use. Won't even make it through one batch of chicks. I love the design of this, but it's made out of pressed wood that cracks with any moisture. It's not sealed and so the urine soaks through the wood chips we put in and into the wood. And we use a lot of chips and clean the brooder frequently. The chickens make a mess with the water and so now the bottom and sides of the brooder must be held together with tape. IF you buy this brooder, take time and SEAL the inside with some sort of paint etc. Also don't plan on using it more than once.. Elizabeth. Spokane, WA. Mon May 25 2026

Fantastic little incubator if youre not doing huge hatch numbers or have large eggs to hatch. I used it for jumbo and button quail and it worked great. I could stuff quite a few eggs in there, it held humidity and temperature great. Very quiet as well. There are only a few things Id change. First is the cardboard ring to sit your eggs on. They roll all over the place with this. If I were to use it again Id make each egg a little ring or cup of some sort to set in. Second, Id recommend placing the incubator in a tub of some sort when its close to lockdown. Without walls to contain the chicks its like popping popcorn without a lid. Theyre popping out all over the place once you open it! Other than that, we loved it and Id recommend it to anyone doing low hatch numbers or small eggs.. Andrew. Roscommon, MI. Mon May 18 2020

Finished in a practical silver and red, this fully disassemblable feeder is your reliable, all-weather partner for maintaining a tidy and efficient feeding environment for chickens, ducks, and geese.

The 21.3 inch red & silver chicken feeder is awesome! As always, the shipping from Wayfair is fast, fast, fast! This chicken feeder arrived fast, well packaged and had assembly instructions included. I like the overall design of this chicken feeder and the fact that it has a handle on top for easy transport, caps on the feeder ports to secure the feed overnight, and it's taller than most chicken feeders with it's long slender metal legs. With that said, I gave this feeder 4 stars instead of 5 because after filling it to capacity it became somewhat 'top heavy' with those long slender metal legs. My husband beefed the legs up to prevent the feeder from toppling over - which really made a difference. It's still a great feeder and I would recommend it. Just wish the manufacturers could beef up the legs to stabilize it. The photos are taken before the legs were altered.. Beth. De Soto, MO. Fri Jun 19 2026
