The mirror arrived extremely well protected, securely encased in the box, and there was no damage whatsoever upon delivery. The tempered glass and overall quality look great right out of the package. At this time, I have not been able to install or test the LED lighting features because my bathroom remodel is still in progress. Therefore, I cannot yet comment on the functionality of the lighting, color temperature settings, or dimming features. This thing is great. I don’t know why anyone would want to get the mirrors that have the front facing LED light border. The back one creates the softest most flattering indirect light. We are very happy with this vanity mirror so far. It is built with a sturdy, but light weight metal frame behind the glass which allows for thinner glass and much less weight. Very easy to move around and set up. The light has three different color temps and dimmer which is nice.
