High quality wine glasses made by Riedel which is one of the brands known for their high-end, luxury, handmade glasses and decanters. These glasses are part of their Extreme Collection. They are machine-made, dishwasher-safe, and durable. I don't have worry about them being too precious for daily use and yet they are elegant and feel good in the hand. I can find "cheaper" glasses, but these are big bang for your buck if you want to get a quality glass and not break the bank. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. I was shocked (though I obviously shouldn't have been) to see that the water and electrical hookups had moved completely, making the install much more complicated for me. On the other hand, the newer leveling procedure is much nicer. Of course, we're still just getting used to it, but I fully expect this new Benchmark version to last at least as long as the old "800" model did, and be just as easy to live with. (Full disclosure, the old one would still be running fine if "someone" hadn't taken a tumble on the open door!) So far, my only quibble (and it's a large one) is that the Delay Start button has been moved to ONLY the app and is no longer on the control panel. At least let it be part of your Favorites settings! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is quite beautiful. Love the full glass top. It is soft close. One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. This is a great option for us as we typically don't use a liquid fabric softener, but we do switch back and forth between two different detergents. The automatic dispensers are a game changer as we have teenagers that tend to use too much detergent. Huge capacity! Even though it is large capacity, I do not have an issue with reaching items in the bottom of the tub as I did with our last washer. That is a huge plus for me! There are a lot of preset cycles to choose from, or you can create your own through the settings menu. The cycle you set shows the time to complete and I find that it has been pretty accurate. The AI cycle is new to me, but a neat concept that I am exploring. The spin cycle did a great job on the towels, which cuts down on drying time. Little to no vibration during the spin cycle. Pretty Impressed! Using the LG ThinQ app, you can do even more customizations. A couple of fun ones are you can change the startup greeting screen (ours is currently a snowman) and tune that plays when a cycle is finished. You can also get an alert on your phone or watch through the app when the cycle is finished. The built-in faucet is perfect for treating stains or a quick rinse if you don't have a sink in your laundry room. Overall, we have been happy with this purchase. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off.
