We bought this for our 6 year old and she loves it. My husband and I (well, mostly him) put it together ourselves and while it took quite a while (because there's like 8000 pieces to it), the instructions were surprisingly clear. Some of the wood was warped and didn't fit together very we, but with a few tweaks we got it to work. Make sure there's a strong person available on delivery day because the driver needed my husband's help to get it off the truck. No way I would have been able to move those boxes. So if you can figure out that puzzle with the bazillion pieces it came in that the project wasn’t so bad! The playset is sturdy and smells lovely with the fresh wood. This car is Max’s, the main character. The base of the car is a 1973 ford falcon XB GT Coupe. The car is also a right-hand drive car since the movie was filmed and based in Australia which is what this model follows.
