Useful concept and a handy little appliance but kind of a lightweight construction. I don't know how long it will last. It uses two eggs to make four egg bites. I would prefer to be able to make 6 or 8 bites at a time. I made 4 this morning and husband came in and popped two in his mouth. As a result, I had one egg for breakfast.
