Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You have to retrofit the light fixture, which would cost more money than it’s worth. They are not made to go right into an existing light fixture. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality. Gorgeous tree. This is our 2nd year with this tree. Iit sets up easily and folds nicely for storage. The lights are plentiful and we'll distributed. Lights are located on the inner parts of the tree as well as outer branches, creating a beautiful dimension. The tree is full and looks expensive (very affordable for size and quality). This is my 2nd time purchasing these recessed LED lights. Love how simple they are to install and with just a small box vs. canned lighting they can be used in tight places. I wanted a light in specific place in the bathroom we're remodeling, but the location was right off of a beam.
