The Serene Jewel 33' L 20.5" W Wallpaper Roll was more than I expected it to be. This roll of wallpaper is made of good quality paper with a nice weight to it, if you know what I mean. It is not easily ripped or torn; this wallpaper is very easy to work with. This was my first time hanging a non-pasted wallpaper, and it turned out to be a breeze. Make sure you prepare the wall to be wallpapered, you need a smooth clean dry surface to apply the wallpaper. In my case the wall was a bit bumpy and not so smooth, but this heavy duty wallpaper was very forgiving and the pattern concealed any rough spots. I applied this wallpaper to a small bathroom in the basement. One roll was enough to cover the two side walls of this water closet. This wallpaper looks really nice on the wall. Depending on how the light hits the all the pattern looks a little lighter or darker at times bringing out different aspects of the design. One thing I discovered when hanging wallpaper, is when overlapping the wallpaper be sure to overlap facing the window, so the seam won’t show; as you can see the seams in one photo and not the other.
