Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue. This KB faucet was chosen for its' easy-to-grip handles and victorian look. Our plumber installed it without any problem as well as the CLAYTON Floor-Mounted Bidet (also from Wayfair). Another factor in this purchase was the 1.5 GPM flow advertised BUT this faucet came with a SINK Aerator that cut down the spray nozzle force. I was lucky enough to get a 1.8 adjustable spray aerator directly from KB. Overall, this would have been a "FIVE" if a good aerator/spray nozzle didn't dim the usefulness came as original equipment..
