Really like this chair. The material is very soft and feels nicely made. It is also wide and padded. What I struggle with is the arm rests. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. The chair feels super comfortable. I love that I can adjust the back as I wish and it locks into place. I have a bigger lower half 48” and I fit comfortably no squeezing and lots of thigh space.
