For starters cooking is a medium threshold in this house, but upon introducing any kind of perfume or any kind of allergens or any heavy chemicals used to clean the house, this purifier would let me know immediately of what was going on. . This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. Great quality! So far it’s been great! This fridge was packed really well and arrived in perfect condition. I like how the door is reversible and the inside is a black metal with shelves and lights.
