I love my Proline 30 1000 CFM ducted wall mount range hood in brushed stainless steel. I have been a restaurant owner for 30 years and know the necessity of a good hood system. I havent been so lucky in my house. Ive only ever had an over the range microwave fan system. When our house flooded I had the opportunity to upgrade our kitchen and I jumped on getting a real hood for my range. It has been amazing! Overall I am very happy with the floor vents I ordered. I was in need of replacing all the floor vents in my 225 year old home as I am repairing updating for todays lifestyle. Majority of the vents of this old one room school house have the floor vents in front of the doors when entering each room. I need something strong firm. These fit the bill perfectly. They pull their weight! The brown color floor grills are perfect! I order one in white the paint does not have a smooth finish and overspray with drip appearance, which is a big disappointment. It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated.
