This is great! The box was heavy but the packaging was sustainable, which is important to me. There was not a lot of waste. Note unless you are a plumber, get help to install. You want to be sure that the water works correctly because there is a small and big flush option. My plumber took about 90 minutes to install. The electrical work is easy, you just plug into an outlet. There is a battery (included) for if you ever lose power. Note that will only allow the toilet to flush. The heat, automatic flush and cleaning needs power. What I love is the automaticity of everything. The sensor recognizes when you walk in and the lid opens and the blue light comes on. The remote allows you to place it where convenient. It also allows you to choose your flush, heat seat level, and clean. There is a foot sensor so you can raise the seat, if needed. I'm underwhelmed by this. The quality of the components and mechanical parts seems below average. The seat attachment works about 85% - i can't get it to tighten down and stay square on the bowl. The float and water inlet are the same as a house brand toilet from a big box store i got a couple months ago. The toilet is not exactly what i thought i was getting, it’s not as a white, and i thought the handle to flush was suppose to be white too, not silver, and don’t seem to come with all the parts to connect it to the wall, will have to buy additional parts, also i thought it was higher than it really is, and not sure if it’s elongated, looks round instead. now however, i had the toilet since November of 24, n my house where it was delivered , still in the boxes, i only opened it to see what it looks like, but then came the Eaton Canyon Fire on January 7th, 2025 that destroyed my home totally and burned the New brand toilet along with the “ Over the Toilet Storage” i bought both at the same time, i called Wayfair, and they would not replace it, i went ahead and paid it off because i did not want to ruin my credit.
