The toilet was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The installation was more difficult than anticipated due to the age of the house and previous toilet in the space. We replaced our old toilet in our half bath with this one. It’s a pretty standard round toilet, no bells and whistles. It is very well made and is working great so far. The seat is plastic and it is soft close which is a nice feature. Our previous toilet was on the shorter side, this toilet is much taller at 19.5 inches, which makes a difference with my knees. It does come with a white flush handle but I replaced mine with a black handle as you can see in the pictures, it matched our decor much better. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase! I added more cabinets to my kitchen and wanted to get the same hardware as I have on my other cabinets.
