I ordered this lock in French brass for my back door and it matched perfectly with the Emtek key-in knobset with the regular rosette (also in French brass). Looks so good! The lock itself is heavy and sturdy, the finish is beautiful and it was well packaged with 2 keys. Waterfall edges and graceful curves at the top and bottom of the plate provide a classic, but dignified update to your exterior door hardware. Ideal for doors that are 84 inches or higher, where a standard height plate would not look to scale. The door is opened by a thumb latch on the exterior and by a knob on the interior. On the deadbolt, there is a keyed lock cylinder for use on the outside of the door while a thumb turn is used to lock the door on the interior.
