Excellent value! With free shipping, this item was shipped fast and arrived with no damage. There are four boxes, one box for each glass section, a box for the hardware, and a tube container for the plastic stopper. The weight and thickness of the glass is impressive. Be careful and measure the shower accurately. I was concerned about the door being the correct size, but it fit like a glove. It's a two person job to install. The online installation video is VERY helpfull and EZ to follow. For me, the drilling of the holes was the hardest part. I needed four tile drill bits to make eight holes. My suggestion, add one more green tile anchor as a spare. I wasted one because it would not go into the drill hole and was damaged. The glass is great. Price was fair. Only issue was having FedEx deliver this large heavy(100 lb 3x6.5 foot box). First one was broken in corner and since this is a direct from mfg shipment ultimately did not have to be returned to get a replacement but it took several calls to stop the “ return or you will be charged” emails/texts. Cust service was excellent though and finally have the replacement panel up - it’s beautiful but I did feel bad for fedex having to deal with the beast of a package.. Kathleen. Newport News, VA. Our first base had a small crack in one corner, most likely due to shipping damage. Wayfair immediately replaced it and the 2nd base had stronger packaging material and came in good condition. The drain is very slightly off centered, which is how it was meant to be, but since we were replacing an older base that was centered, the hole and shower drain didn't match up. We purchase a small offset drain attachment which worked perfectly. The base is sturdy and strong and with the rings on the underside for support, it did not need any filling material.
