We were excited to get this for our business. But we are on a well, and it does not take potable well water. So be aware, can only be used with water coming from a town/city water system. Lousy design. We had a sensor failure today for the water fill station. Water would not turn off. Tried cleaning sensor, but no luck. The way the unit was built and installed, there is no way to access the water shut off from the front except to pull front panels off and remove the water fountains. When doing this, the drain disconnects and water from the fill station drains uncontrollably on the floor. Once water is shut off, there is no way to correctly re-install the water fountains with all 4 bolts because there is no way to get in back to put nut on the bolt.
