Where can I begin this chair is the chair of all massage chairs. It was pretty easy to set up once you got it out of the huge box. Make sure your doors are wide enough to allow for its entry. From the moment I propped it into my office chair, I knew I wasn't going to like it. It's too bulky to sit in an office chair and remain comfortable because the rollers stick out too far. And I was disappointed in the description of the product where it lists "rolling" as one of the aspects, which I thought you could shift the rollers up and down to massage different parts of your back or shoulders/neck, but unfortunately is not the case because the rollers are stationary. Plus the leg massager is extremely uncomfortable. I thought it would have pressure massagers that inflated from the back and the sides but all it's merely a vibrating function in the back of the leg space. The foot roller is uncomfortable, too. The full body massage chair is not exactly what we expected. It seems to be larger than needed for us. I have tried laying it flat on the bed. I have a bad back so didn’t really want to use it on the floor. The controller and instructions are confusing. You basically have to just play with it until you figure out what is good for you. I tried it on a bed, the top part does slip. I am not sure if it would be better on a chair or a recliner. I plan on trying that soon. When you first lay on it (off) it is hard. You feel all the balls in it. So be sure to position it where you want the massagers. They may be to powerful for some. It’s not bad and I will try on a chair soon. So far, it worked fine. It’s not the most expensive descaled but so far so good. Puts on a nice light show too. The manual is well written. This appears to be manufactured in Atlanta. Not thrilled about the wall wart power supply and would had preferred an internal version. Edit after a few months, my 20 year old plumbing has been descaling en mass. I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works. This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option.
