Purchased the Riverwood style. Painted them but have not installed yet. They arrived primed, but primer is tacky…sticky. I have had to put 2 heavy coats of paint on them. Still painting…waiting for paint coats to dry and not be sticky either. Only concern is the shutters are not as sturdy as I expected (why the 4 stars) and hoping during installation they will not be damaged. I was very detailed about measurements and measured my windows from the outside as this makes a difference with ledges and making sure the shilutters are not too short or long. Easy installation but I had to use a hardcore primary to get a smooth finish. Don't like the smell it leaves behind for a few days but if you want a smooth finish you need it.
