Urethane faux wood shutters stay true to authentic wood by not only having a wood grain, but also by having the ability to be either gel-stained or painted. Longevity of this faux wood material is priceless, without sacrificing the real wood appearance of the shutters.

Purchased the Riverwood style. Painted them but have not installed yet. They arrived primed, but primer is tacky…sticky. I have had to put 2 heavy coats of paint on them. Still painting…waiting for paint coats to dry and not be sticky either. Only concern is the shutters are not as sturdy as I expected (why the 4 stars) and hoping during installation they will not be damaged. I was very detailed about measurements and measured my windows from the outside as this makes a difference with ledges and making sure the shilutters are not too short or long. Beautiful high quality shutters that I could not find anywhere else. Do be warned that production and delivery take a long time due to each shutter being cut to your custom measurements. Great Quality and Perfect for Hard-to-Find Window Sizes I bought these shutters for one of our smaller windows and had a hard time finding the correct size through other websites and big box stores. Wayfair had so many more size options, so these ended up being the perfect solution. I’ve purchased Lifetime vinyl shutters from other vendors before and have always been impressed with the quality, and these were no exception. Installation was extremely easy, and they immediately elevated the look of what was otherwise a pretty plain window. I was especially impressed with how sturdy they are. Some raised panel vinyl shutters can feel flimsy and may crack during installation, but these are surprisingly rigid while still being lightweight and easy to handle. I also really like the realistic woodgrain texture. I’ve had them installed for a while now and haven’t noticed any fading from the sun. I this item a 5 star review because its beautiful. However, the ordering process was a pain. wayfair kept changing the date of delivery. I had hired a builder to install them because it is holding up a small roof, so I needed to know a date of delivery but, every couple of days I received an email with a change. So, I called the manufacturer and they stated the delivery date has always been the same which was another date then what I had from Wayfair. The good news is it came 3 days early.
