Purchased the Riverwood style. Painted them but have not installed yet. They arrived primed, but primer is tacky…sticky. I have had to put 2 heavy coats of paint on them. Still painting…waiting for paint coats to dry and not be sticky either. Only concern is the shutters are not as sturdy as I expected (why the 4 stars) and hoping during installation they will not be damaged. I ordered several shutters off the website. The process was rather simple. I was easily able to add a coupon as well. The cost for these shutters was by far the best out there. I put the 11 pairs of shutters up in less than a day as the instructions were easy to follow....and once you do one pair, it just becomes busy work after that.
