Great Quality and Perfect for Hard-to-Find Window Sizes I bought these shutters for one of our smaller windows and had a hard time finding the correct size through other websites and big box stores. Wayfair had so many more size options, so these ended up being the perfect solution. I returned these, but they are nice looking in person (I ended up using metal brackets instead to support my countertop bar). nicely made polystyrene pieces which are well designed, but require an expert carpenter for a quality installation due to slight variations from piece to piece, injected molded from similar but not identical molds. Per my carpenter, these were convenient, but required a tremendous of finesse and adjustments at every miter joint to look right. Quality glue (PL Premium) and a solid substrate that will not move (a grid of 1x3's glued and screwed to ceiling joists) are essential for stability. Overall "a wash" in terms of time and expense compared to having full boxes and mouldings constructed the old fashioned way. For the curved bay windows straight pieces needed to be hollowed out, bent, and carefully glued and tacked in place under high tension.
