Our column wraps are shipped unfinished ready for paint. The 5-inch diameter column wraps are made to cover standard structural posts in basements and other interior areas. Waterproof, lightweight and easy to install, plus they are virtually maintenance free making PVC an ideal material for all applications.

This could not have been more straightforward and easy to install. 4" pole in the basement man cave. Cut to size, then merged them together around the pole. Used some putty to fill the minute separation found on one side and sanded it down clean and smooth. Caps on the end are super easy to couple and attach, and again, a bead of latex caulk to hold and fill the crack. Sprayed the entire thing with Rustoleum primer/spray in white gloss. Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. I ordered this set for a wall and it was a bit different than expected! In the pictures it looks thinner and more delicate, but it’s a chunky thick chair molding. It’s also lightweight and foam. I initially purchased these to be cut into baseboards for my cabinets but that was definitely a no go. The material is foam like, since I still liked it I decided to do something different with it. I had an empty wall that I had my friend nail gun them in. I used a one inch book as a separator measurement. I still have to paint them, will do same a baseboard color to blend into the wall but will these add a lot of texture to the wall.
