Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. I wanted to leave a detailed review because I couldnt find a detailed review when I decided to purchase these columns.. Mia. Redford, MI. Fri Jan 20 2023

Transform your ceiling into an elegant, beautiful, and timeless display that will make a statement and add tremendous value to your living spaces, Inner Beam 8" H x 94.5'' W x 2" D Coffered Ceiling is a classic architectural design that brings out depth and dimension to an, otherwise, plain ceiling. Our urethane coffered ceilings are careful, ensuring an authentic look, and compared to wood, they are lightweight, easy to install, and have zero issues with rot, termites, or warping. What was once considered an expensive luxury, is now an affordable pursuit for a home that defines you.

nicely made polystyrene pieces which are well designed, but require an expert carpenter for a quality installation due to slight variations from piece to piece, injected molded from similar but not identical molds. Per my carpenter, these were convenient, but required a tremendous of finesse and adjustments at every miter joint to look right. Quality glue (PL Premium) and a solid substrate that will not move (a grid of 1x3's glued and screwed to ceiling joists) are essential for stability. Overall "a wash" in terms of time and expense compared to having full boxes and mouldings constructed the old fashioned way. For the curved bay windows straight pieces needed to be hollowed out, bent, and carefully glued and tacked in place under high tension. Happy with the results but did not save time or expense compared to old fashioned box beam and molding construction.. Paul. MA. Thu May 26 2022

This was one of my favorite projects in my new home remodel. I always loved a jewel box powder room and I think it came out FANTASTIC. Easy installation but I had to use a hardcore primary to get a smooth finish. Don't like the smell it leaves behind for a few days but if you want a smooth finish you need it. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I totally recommend you try them. It's an easy way to change the look and bring a conversation piece to you home. It looks FANTASTIC.. Elizabeth. The ceiling tile collections are modeled after original historical patterns and designs. The artisans then hand carve an original piece. Being hand carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines and a truly unique touch. That master piece is then used to create a mold master. Once the mold master is created Ekena Millwork use the high density urethane foam to form each tile. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, light weight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster tiles is achieved only by using the high density urethane and not vacuum formed, "plastic" type tiles.

Used some putty to fill the minute separation found on one side and sanded it down clean and smooth. Caps on the end are super easy to couple and attach, and again, a bead of latex caulk to hold and fill the crack. Sprayed the entire thing with Rustoleum primer/spray in white gloss.
