The square post, a timeless style is in expanded cellular PVC for quick, easy assembly and virtually maintenance-free! Classic craftsman series posts are not prone to the same environmental damage as real wood, such as splitting or cracking. Their E-Z lock joints will not separate due to disproportionate changes in panel dimensions. When 2 coats of acrylic latex paint are applied, Classic craftsman series posts will deliver years of service as promised against rot, corrosion, and moisture damage.

I had ordered two of these from another company (A-Z). They were packaged really bad and one was broken. I then ordered one from Wayfair and all though it was packaged so much better with extra packaging it was broken in half . I think that the company that makes them doesn't ship them to retailers very well. That being said my contractor was able to glue it cause it was cleanly broken and you can't tell. They are really beautiful just order early cause you may have to go through a few to get good ones . I'm very happy I got them they really add a lot to my mantle .. Christina Olivieri. We used these brackets as a non-structural design element for a bay window installation. Its been three years since that install and we recently put an addition on this home. While I was back there working on the new section of the home I took a look at our previous work and these brackets being one of those items still look as good as the day we installed them.. Henry A. The Rustic Collection brings the timeless charm of log-and-timber craftsmanship into modern homes. Designed with today's technology but inspired by centuries-old techniques, our rustic wood millwork features all the natural beauty and character that make each piece one-of-a-kind. Since we don't kiln-dry the wood, every bracket, corbel, rafter tail, and more will showcase the unique qualities of the wood species- meaning no two pieces are the same. Expect variations in color, grain, texture, knots, sapwood, heartwood, and even natural checking or cracks. These imperfections aren't flaws- they're what make the Rustic Collection truly special, offering a genuine, earthy look that adds undeniable character to your home. Break free from cookie-cutter designs and embrace the individuality and warmth that only real, natural wood can offer.

Attached is a pic of the installed brackets. Unfortunately,we no longer own this house so I can't send more pictures. But the brackets were the finishing touch to all of the mill work that I installed in the home. When we sold the house our realtor said that the mill work was a deciding factor in the buyers choosing our house. I was impressed with the quality and ease of installation. If I remember correctly, I used construction adhesive to install them and did not use any fasteners of any type. They really added that finishing touch to the beam between our kitchen and dining room. I would rate the quality five stars! Ordering was a breeze and I appreciated all the measurements that were listed on the website as it helped me to choose the correct size.. Greg M. Mon Dec 09 2019
