I this item a 5 star review because its beautiful. However, the ordering process was a pain. wayfair kept changing the date of delivery. I had hired a builder to install them because it is holding up a small roof, so I needed to know a date of delivery but, every couple of days I received an email with a change. So, I called the manufacturer and they stated the delivery date has always been the same which was another date then what I had from Wayfair. The good news is it came 3 days early. Crown moulding adds a beautiful finish to elegant rooms. To get this look you would simply hire a professional to figure out and install all of the complicated miter cuts. This made the cost of crown moulding more expensive as this method can be labor intensive. Not anymore. Our moulded inside and outside corners make installation a breeze. The result was absolutely beautiful. It is very easy to cut with a manual saw - it was easy to install and nail to the wall - as well as very easy to readjust in case of any errors. It is very forgiving as a product for beginners. I am also very pleased with the result. I would recommend to spray paint - or if you brush paint - pass two COATS.
