It comes ready to install, painting is not required, however, to maintain uniform color we recommend painting with 100% acrylic latex paint. Fasten your PVC with standard PVC cement and stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized nails using common wood­working tools. Because PVC won't absorb water, it's perfect for installing directly to masonry or below ground level (basements), which is not always possible with wood or composite material. Feel good using a green product too, making it both economical and environmentally friendly.

We order the millwork crown moulding to marry our plaster crown moulding.We enduring a car running into end of our home..We had to replace 15 feet that was damaged and it worked beautifully with contractor using these in pinch.Very thankful for this product. Worked great for our circa 1900 farmhouse remodel in Monterey Ca. Product performed very similar to MDF and was easy to install. A few boards came dented and were quickly replaced by my sales rep at. As the designer I was happy with the look and feel and will not be painting the product. My carpender used a nail gun to install the boards and finished the nail holes with white silicone. NOTE: They do not match up exactly as the sizes are off my 1/4". I will use a glass door and trim out the points they join to fool the eye into not noticing the break in horizontal lines..
