This means a simple and easy installation for you. The best part is you can make your own shapes and sizes by simply cutting the moulding piece down to size, and then butting them up to the decorative corners. Looks amazing in my dining room!!. Betsy. Houston, TX. Tue Apr 13 2021

Our ceiling medallion collections are modeled after original historical patterns and designs. Our artisans then hand carve an original piece. Being hand-carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines, and a truly unique touch. That masterpiece is then used to create a mold master. Once the mold master is created we use our high-density urethane foam to form each medallion. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, lightweight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster medallions is achieved only by using our high-density urethane and not vacuum-formed, "plastic" type medallions. Medallions are lightweight for easy installation and come primed and ready for paint. These are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Our whole one-piece medallions are cut in two for you, making installation a breeze.

In hanging a new high dollar chandelier (wives purchase) the existing electrical box was not aligning to her satisfaction with the table below. So, move box? No! Too much work for 70 year old, now 77. Medallion would cover hole and allow me to adjust position without moving box. And it looked great with the chandelier! John I Smith. Teresa B. Wed Nov 27 2019

It comes ready to install, painting is not required, however, to maintain uniform color we recommend painting with 100% acrylic latex paint. Fasten your PVC with standard PVC cement and stainless steel or hot-dipped galvanized nails using common woodworking tools. Because PVC won't absorb water, it's perfect for installing directly to masonry or below ground level (basements), which is not always possible with wood or composite material. Feel good using a green product too, making it both economical and environmentally friendly.

Urethane crown moulding has become an increasingly popular choice for homeowners and builders alike due to its myriad benefits. Unlike wood, which can warp, crack, or rot over time, urethane is highly resistant to moisture and temperature changes. This makes it an ideal choice for areas prone to humidity or extreme weather conditions. Whether it’s installed in a bathroom, kitchen, or basement, urethane crown moulding maintains its shape and integrity, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable finish. Another notable advantage is its lightweight nature. Its lightweight characteristic simplifies handling and installation, making urethane crown moulding a popular choice for DIY projects and professional installations alike. Maintenance is another area where urethane crown moulding excels. Wood moulding requires regular upkeep, including painting, sealing, and potential repairs due to damage from pests or moisture. Urethane, on the other hand, does not attract pests, does not absorb water, and is resistant to cracking and chipping. A simple wipe with a damp cloth is usually sufficient to keep it looking new, making it an attractive option for those who prefer a low-effort maintenance routine.
