Great Quality and Perfect for Hard-to-Find Window Sizes I bought these shutters for one of our smaller windows and had a hard time finding the correct size through other websites and big box stores. Wayfair had so many more size options, so these ended up being the perfect solution. I’ve purchased Lifetime vinyl shutters from other vendors before and have always been impressed with the quality, and these were no exception. Installation was extremely easy, and they immediately elevated the look of what was otherwise a pretty plain window. I was especially impressed with how sturdy they are. Some raised panel vinyl shutters can feel flimsy and may crack during installation, but these are surprisingly rigid while still being lightweight and easy to handle. I also really like the realistic woodgrain texture. I’ve had them installed for a while now and haven’t noticed any fading from the sun. Amazing...I grappled with buying these columns for 2 years, because of the non-refundable policy, so I had to be sure. I have a small porch so I knew I couldnt get the columns to wide or the proportions would look odd. So I used makeshift cardboard and the like to determine what to buy...I made the best decision with the 5.63 width columns they look amazing. My contractor bought 5 wood post from our local big box store and used brackets to install them on the porch. He used his nail gun to fasten each wrap to the wood post, he said it was rather simple to install. Next he caulked all the small nail gun holes and painted ( per instructions for winter protection) looks amazing. Attached is a pic of the installed brackets. Unfortunately,we no longer own this house so I can't send more pictures. But the brackets were the finishing touch to all of the mill work that I installed in the home. When we sold the house our realtor said that the mill work was a deciding factor in the buyers choosing our house. I was impressed with the quality and ease of installation. If I remember correctly, I used construction adhesive to install them and did not use any fasteners of any type. They really added that finishing touch to the beam between our kitchen and dining room. I would rate the quality five stars!
