I had ordered two of these from another company (A-Z). They were packaged really bad and one was broken. I then ordered one from Wayfair and all though it was packaged so much better with extra packaging it was broken in half . I think that the company that makes them doesn't ship them to retailers very well. That being said my contractor was able to glue it cause it was cleanly broken and you can't tell. They are really beautiful just order early cause you may have to go through a few to get good ones . I'm very happy I got them they really add a lot to my mantle .. Christina Olivieri. Spectacular! I added this to the master bedroom because with a trey ceiling, it seemed to plain to just hang a light in the middle of the upper tier. This added such great detail and focuses the eye to that. I plan to put up the hanging crystal light I purchased on Wayfair at this medallion. It arrived safe and was well-packaged. It was easy to put up- use silicone to help adhere it and 18g finish nails at an angle in the corners and at the center. Caulk the edge to the ceiling and paint it. I sprayed it flat along with the ceiling to see what it looked like, but repainting just the medallion in a satin finish (same color as ceiling) helps the details pop more. I could not be happier with this piece!. Tracy. Spartanburg, SC. Wed Aug 12 2026

Beautiful piece. Putting it up soon.. Tony. Blythe, GA. Thu Mar 07 2024

Niches have been used in homes for almost 2000 years, first made of white marble in Nero's home. Most niches are still white, and for many years were mostly made of plaster. Now that many modern architectural products are made of urethane, custom millwork and details such as recessed niches have become affordable for any home improvement project. Niches are distinctive architectural accents. Often used to display sculptures, vases, clocks, plants and flowers, niches are beautiful and functional details that add value to any home interior. They are often used in main hallways, dining rooms, foyers, and staircases. An important aspect of a niche is its ability to concentrate or disperse light, so its placement should be based on the availability of light, either sunlight or interior lighting fixtures. Ceiling accent lights are often added as a compliment above a niche. Niches made of urethane can be easy to install for anyone, simply cut a hole in the drywall and place the niche inside. These niches will also require little maintenance in the future, and offer beauty and value to your home for decades to come. Ekena Millwork offers niches in varying heights, widths, and depths to fit the scale of your home.

Crown moulding adds a beautiful finish to elegant rooms. To get this look you would simply hire a professional to figure out and install all of the complicated miter cuts. This made the cost of crown moulding more expensive as this method can be labor intensive. Not anymore. Our moulded inside and outside corners make installation a breeze. Say goodbye to miters with our DIY corners and couplers.

These are just what you need to shorten the length of your crown molding. Just separates so shorter lengths work and easier to manage! Nice decorate touch!. Angie. Flintstone, GA. Mon May 07 2018
