Signature Urethane is a groundbreaking progression in the world of architectural millwork. Molded urethane products have dominated the landscape for their beauty, crisp detail, longevity, and ease of access, but the introduction of specific sizes and styles proved challenging as a new mold would have to be made every time. The introduction of the Signature Urethane line of products takes all of those tried and true benefits of urethane, and free’s it from the mold, meaning you have access to sizes and styles, and even fully customized designs, at an unprecedented level. These items are fully made to the order, using a combination of modern building techniques, and good old fashioned hand craftsmanship, to ensure your corbel, bracket, pilaster, pediment, gable vent or any other piece your project requires comes in exactly as you need it.

Endurathane Brackets and Corbels blend the elegance of traditional craftsmanship with the reliability of modern materials. Expertly designed to replicate the intricate beauty of carved wood, these lightweight, high-density polyurethane accents offer effortless installation and long-lasting performance for both interior and exterior applications. Unlike wood, they will never rot, crack, or warp, ensuring their beauty endures for a lifetime. Pre-primed and ready to paint, Endurathane provides the perfect solution for adding architectural detail without the maintenance. Backed by a lifetime warranty, these brackets and corbels bring classic charm with none of the hassle.

Attached is a pic of the installed brackets. Unfortunately,we no longer own this house so I can't send more pictures. But the brackets were the finishing touch to all of the mill work that I installed in the home. When we sold the house our realtor said that the mill work was a deciding factor in the buyers choosing our house. I was impressed with the quality and ease of installation. If I remember correctly, I used construction adhesive to install them and did not use any fasteners of any type. They really added that finishing touch to the beam between our kitchen and dining room. I would rate the quality five stars! Ordering was a breeze and I appreciated all the measurements that were listed on the website as it helped me to choose the correct size.. Greg M. Mon Dec 09 2019

Really beautiful!!!. Thomas. AL. Sat Apr 18 2020

Our beautiful pierced moulding and corners add a decorative, historic, feel to walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. They are made from a high density urethane which gives each piece the unique details that mimic that of traditional plaster and wood designs, but at a fraction of the weight. This means a simple and easy installation for you. The best part is you can make your own shapes and sizes by simply cutting the moulding piece down to size, and then butting them up to the decorative corners. These are also commonly used for an inexpensive wainscot look.

The Acanthus plaque has lovely detail. This piece was placed on a wall to add interest to a pair of window treatments. Very unique piece, very well made. Light & easy to glue down. I had it painted the same colour white as the window trim, easy to spray paint. Thanks Wayfair! Would order again. Carolyn, Carolyns Design.. Carolyn. Bethany, CT. Sun Sep 18 2022

Niches have been used in homes for almost 2000 years, first made of white marble in Nero's home. Most niches are still white, and for many years were mostly made of plaster. Now that many modern architectural products are made of urethane, custom millwork and details such as recessed niches have become affordable for any home improvement project. Niches are distinctive architectural accents. Often used to display sculptures, vases, clocks, plants and flowers, niches are beautiful and functional details that add value to any home interior. They are often used in main hallways, dining rooms, foyers, and staircases. An important aspect of a niche is its ability to concentrate or disperse light, so its placement should be based on the availability of light, either sunlight or interior lighting fixtures. Ceiling accent lights are often added as a compliment above a niche. Niches made of urethane can be easy to install for anyone, simply cut a hole in the drywall and place the niche inside. These niches will also require little maintenance in the future, and offer beauty and value to your home for decades to come. Ekena Millwork offers niches in varying heights, widths, and depths to fit the scale of your home.

Beautiful finishing detail, planning to glue onto flat 3.5" pvc to create a parting stop/column problem solver where old beadboard and chair rail meets new bath surround. The ceiling tile collections are modeled after original historical patterns and designs. The artisans then hand carve an original piece. Being hand carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines and a truly unique touch. That master piece is then used to create a mold master. Once the mold master is created Ekena Millwork use the high density urethane foam to form each tile. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, light weight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to original plaster tiles is achieved only by using the high density urethane and not vacuum formed, "plastic" type tiles.

Crown molding adds a beautiful finish to elegant rooms. To get this look you would simply hire a professional to figure out and install all of the complicated miter cuts. This made the cost of crown molding more expensive as this method can be labor-intensive. Not anymore. Our molded inside and outside corners make installation a breeze. Say goodbye to miters with our DIY corners and couplers.
