We were looking for valances or other treatments for our bathroom and bedroom windows, and determined these matched the window sill and crown molding in the rooms, so we used these as interior window headers. Being hand carved each piece is richly detailed with deep relief, sharp lines, and a truly unique touch. That masterpiece is then used to create a mold master. Once the mold master is created we use our high-density urethane foam to form each medallion. The finished look is a beautifully detailed, lightweight, solid construction, focal piece. The resemblance to the original plaster medallions is achieved only by using our high-density urethane and not vacuum-formed, plastic-type medallions. Medallions are lightweight for easy installation and come primed and ready for paint. These are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Our whole one-piece medallions are cut in two for you, making installation a breeze.

Exactly what I needed to cover up a large hole in my ceiling when I installed a new light fixture. I ordered this set for a wall and it was a bit different than expected! In the pictures it looks thinner and more delicate, but it’s a chunky thick chair molding. It’s also lightweight and foam.
