This mattress is awesome, not only is it so comfortable but has a cooling Hybrid gel topper part that supports your shoulders and helps with back pain. My doctor told me to get rid of my too soft mattress and to get a good support one and this is perfect. Mine is a full size and the mattress is 12” deep. When you open the mattress it slowly starts to hiss as it starts to unfold and when it is fully unwrapped it pops to its full size. It suggest to wait a full 72 hours to sleep on it for it to be at it’s best fullness and I did that. From the few uses I've had so far from it, I love it. It does get a bit confused by cliffs, so you need to use the app to mark an area around a cliff as a no- go zone. It also gets confused around my vent on the floor, and it thinks it's a cliff too. I just mark that as a no go zone and I've had no problems thus far. It navigates around chairs and under my bed like a dream. It also mops hard floors, and suctions more on carpet. It has a voice that you can change to many languages. I love this thing! Easy to use and works so well!! I’ve already cleaned multiple rugs and our bedroom carpet and it looks so much better! It dries really quick on the quick clean mode.
