This is my dream sofa. It's absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. The color is richer and more vibrant than the picture. I love that! The material is luscious. Delivery was perfect. I struggled with deciding how to rate this sofa. First and foremost it’s BEAUTIFUL! The color is spot on… it provides the luxury and comfort design that I needed! The cons are that it took over a month for delivery. I had an initial delivery date of 4/4. That date came and went without an update from Wayfair. I called customer service which is when I was informed that the sod had not been shipped from the manufacturer and will take an additional one to two weeks. They provided no concessions for the inconvenience. The sofa finally arrived on 4/15/25! Delivery was seamless! When I removed the packaging I was saddened to find loose thread hanging from the seams of some of the cushions. Again… beautiful sofa! I purchased the dark gray sofa!!! So far so good, but it’s only been one day. Super comfortable, Will become less noisy with use. I do have to say it’s bigger than the measurements listed but I was able to squeeze it in the space I wanted it to be in. I would say add another 7 inches onto the length!! The couch looked good online but wow … it looks even better in person. The caramel wasn’t my first choice, however I’m very very pleased with this color .
