Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I called to see about the warranty on this product and to my pleasant surprise it was warranties for Life. So I was able to get a replacement bowl sent and had to have a plumber come and install it.
