Nice mini fridge that fits perfectly in space built for 25 year old U-Line I had to replace. This is my second one as the first GE compressor died after only 5 years. Cost effective to just replace the entire unit and get the extended warranty. Plenty of room, nice interior setup and glass shelves make cleaning easy. Keeps everything very cold. Only downside is it is not self defrosting. The defrosting process takes about two hours which I do about every six months. It’s a little messy as defrosting requires removal of a tray filled with water. Impossible to do without spilling. Definitely keep a towel handy.. David. Marietta, GA. Mon Sep 15 2025

The compact size is ideal for hotels, dormitories, offices, and other spaces. It comes with a textured black cabinet and user-reversible door for versatile placement.  This unit includes a large refrigerator section and interior ice compartment. To use this as a low maintenance auto defrost refrigerator-freezer, plug the refrigerator into the included timer accessory and plug the timer into your wall socket. The timer allows you to program an "off" period that will power off the unit and restore power after the set time is over. This helps to prevent ice buildup in the freezer compartment. We recommend setting the timer to run from 2 to 3 hours in the middle of the night. Alternatively, the refrigerator can be used without the timer and will function as a standard manual defrost refrigerator-freezer. The FF43BADA refrigerator section includes adjustable glass shelves for spill-proof storage and three door racks ideal for storing condiments and cans. The lower crisper drawer is best suited for non-perishable items. The upper freezer compartment is designed to store ice packs and ice cubes. This unit offers a generous 3 cu.ft. of storage capacity. The dial thermostat offers easy temperature management. With its slim-fitting footprint and low-maintenance design, the FF43BADA is the ideal solution for student housing, hotel rooms, offices, and other settings with limited space.
