Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. I'm underwhelmed by this. The quality of the components and mechanical parts seems below average. The seat attachment works about 85% - i can't get it to tighten down and stay square on the bowl. The float and water inlet are the same as a house brand toilet from a big box store i got a couple months ago. A piece of junk. When it arrived I noticed how light the box was. OK, not thick metal. I didnt pay much. But then I opened the box, and the pan wasnt even round. It was distorted, not dented in some accident. It looks like the holes drilled for the handles were too close together, and they forced it. The cheap metal obviously bent.
